Lila is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or sell any personal information. The app works entirely on your device — no account required, no data sent to our servers.

2. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use Lila. The app functions entirely offline and on-device.
We may receive the following limited, non-personal data through Apple's standard App Store infrastructure:
- Crash reports — anonymized diagnostic data provided by Apple if the app crashes, used solely to fix bugs.
- App Store analytics — aggregate, non-identifiable usage statistics provided by Apple (e.g. number of downloads, app sessions). We cannot link these to individual users.
We do not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or any other personal data.
3. How We Use Information
The limited diagnostic information described above is used exclusively to:
- Diagnose and fix technical issues and crashes
- Understand overall app adoption and usage trends
- Improve the quality and stability of the app
We do not use any data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond maintaining and improving the app.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer any data to third parties. The only third party involved in operating the app is Apple Inc., through the App Store platform. Apple's privacy practices are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Crash reports provided through Apple's systems are handled according to Apple's own data retention policies.
6. Children's Privacy
Lila is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@lila.wtf so we can take appropriate action.
7. In-App Purchases
If Lila offers in-app purchases, all payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive, process, or store your payment card details or billing information. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for details on how payment information is handled.
8. Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you have a question about your data, please reach out to us at support@lila.wtf and we will respond promptly.
9. Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect any information we handle. Since Lila operates on-device and does not transmit personal data to external servers, the security risk to your personal information is minimal by design.
