1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Lila ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of the App

Lila is a party card game application that provides prompts, dares, and questions across three intensity modes (Soft, Regular, Spicy) for social entertainment purposes. The App may also include a "spin the bottle" interactive feature.

3. Age Requirements

Lila is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age. Some content, particularly in "Spicy" mode, is intended for mature audiences. You are responsible for ensuring that Lila is appropriate for any group in which it is used.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The App, including all content, design, graphics, and code, is owned by Lila and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Lila" and all associated logos and branding are our property. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App.

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases processed entirely through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not process payments directly. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or Apple's policies.

7. User Conduct

Lila is a social entertainment app. You agree to use it responsibly and in a manner that is safe and respectful to all participants. We are not responsible for how users choose to interpret or act upon the content presented in the App. Use good judgment — never pressure others to participate against their wishes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lila and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for Apple's products, services, or policies. Links or references to third-party services do not constitute endorsement.

11. Changes to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at lila.wtf/terms.html with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts.
